Today’s energy landscape is changing, and JEA is leading the way.

JEA is embarking on by installing a major solar expansion that will increase our current solar energy offerings over 350 percent and by saving money. Through the creation of five (5) new local solar farms, JEA will soon provide up to 300 MW of new solar power, making Jacksonville one of the leading solar cities in the nation.

Three of these solar farms will be located in District 8 (rural areas). As your Councilwoman, I will keep you abreast of the progress and will invite representatives to our quarterly community meetings.
